RamQuest sign exclusive deal to deploy INKWRX™ and digitize mortgage closing processes

Texas-based RamQuest Inc., the premier provider of real estate title and settlement solutions for the Land Title industry in the United States has signed an agreement to integrate the INKWRX™ digital capture platform.

The INKWRX™ technology will be used to launch RamQuest’s own Inx digital pen solution which is tailored to automate the digitization of forms necessary to consummate the mortgage and settlement aspects of a real estate transaction.

RamQuest’s title production software is used to facilitate approximately 2 million real estate closings per year and will use the technology in a 10-year agreement to market the Inx solution to more than 30,000 title and settlement agents nationwide in the US.


INKWRX™ tablet solution saves time both in the office and out in the field

Executive Installations have been an INKWRX™ customer for 8 years, they originally invested in digital pens but are now using Samsung 10.1 tablets on the INKWRX™ platform for their data capture needs. The need for greater efficiency and time-saving, both at head office and in the field, was the key driver behind the transition from paper to e-forms.

Executive Installations specialises in fitting car kits and tracking systems into vehicles. Their engineers fill out multiple forms on the tablet devices including; reports for every vehicle which they complete daily, holiday request forms, mileage logs and bonus claim forms. They mainly do fleets of vehicles so the tablet application allows them to have multiple forms open at the same time which can then be completed after all car kits have been fitted. The forms are then sent back to head office with the car owners signature which is crucial because they need this for ‘proof of work’ and invoicing. They receive the data as a CSV file which they import into their database. It used to take over 5 hours a week to manually input the data but INKWRX™ has helped them to automate this process.

The tablet application on INKWRX™ allows Executive Installations to capture data quickly and easily with completed forms returning to head office in minutes. Mel Brown, the Managing Director at Executive Installations explained; “the engineering team no longer waste time writing out the same forms and repeat data can be made easy with drop down fields on the e-form. The platform allows copies of the forms to be checked and verified before the final document, with the customer’s signature, is sent”

Mel was keen to equip his engineers with an appropriate data capture device when moving away from the digital pens, and his engineers are impressed; “Our engineers love the evolution from the digital pen to the tablet; they have requested this for some time and all feel they have got something which has been implemented to assist them in their job”.

Destiny Wireless, which has been at the forefront of mobile data capture for over twelve years, has recently completed a comprehensive brand review and today launches its new brand identity and website to support its growth as a market leader in digital data capture solutions.

The new brand name for the company is INKWRX™. The INKWRX™ platform, an innovative cloud based data capture platform, allows you to design, manage and publish your own business e- forms which can then be completed using a tablet device or digital pen.

The new website www.inkwrx.com has been designed to communicate with current and prospective clients and to drive sales with channel partners and re-sellers.  The look of the new website has been created through a collaborative approach between the company, their partners and their design agency – Russ James Design. “We wanted the new INKWRX™ website to look refreshed and colourful with a new visual identity which focuses on the product and what it does for organisations” commented Russ James.
